## Financely Now Offers Financial Modelling as a Standalone Service

Financial modelling is now available from Financely as a standalone service. Borrowers, sponsors and buyers can commission a lender-ready model on its own, without retaining us for a full advisory mandate.

Until now, our models were built inside wider engagements, as part of a credit file or a financing process. Clients often need the model on its own. Some already had an arranger, some were preparing for an internal investment committee, and others needed an existing model fixed before a lender saw it. You can now [sign up for financial modelling](https://www.financely-group.com/financial-modelling?ref=blog.financely.io) as a separate engagement.

## What you can commission

| Model | Built for |
| ------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Project finance | Debt sizing and sculpting, DSCR and LLCR tests, reserve accounts and separate lender and sponsor cases |
| Corporate three-statement | Integrated statements tied to the facility being raised or refinanced, with covenant headroom by period |
| Acquisition and LBO | Sources and uses, debt capacity and equity returns for buyers and sponsors |
| Real estate development | Construction budget, drawdown schedule, sales or lease-up and exit |
| Trade and commodity | Cash conversion cycle, margin per transaction, financing cost and collateral cover |
| Model review | An independent check of an existing model, with every issue logged next to a recommended fix |

## Built the way lenders read a model

A credit team tests structure before it tests numbers. Every model we deliver follows the same layout, with an error-check summary, a single sourced inputs sheet, line-by-line calculations with no hard-coded figures, integrated statements that balance in every period, and outputs set out as a credit committee expects to see them. Analysts can trace any ratio back to the assumption behind it.

### How the standalone engagement works

**Send the brief.** Share the transaction, the model type, who will read it and your deadline.

**Approve a fixed quote.** Scope, fee and delivery date are set out in writing. Work starts once the engagement is signed and paid.

**Receive the model.** Delivered as an editable, fully linked file with a walkthrough of its logic and outputs.

## When you need more than the model

The standalone service sits alongside our existing offers. If you also need a credit memo, a data room and a KYC file, the model fits into our [Lender-Ready Package](https://www.financely-group.com/lender-ready-credit-package-for-business-loans?ref=blog.financely.io). When you are ready to raise, our [structured debt advisory](https://www.financely-group.com/structured-debt-advisory-that-gets-deals-financed?ref=blog.financely.io) takes the transaction to market with the same model at its core.

Tell us about the model you need and receive a fixed quote with a delivery date. You can ask for a sample model with your quote.
