Turn Your Financing Request Into a Lender-Ready Transaction
Financely reviews financing requests from companies, sponsors, traders, developers, and buyers that need more than a list of lenders. We assess the transaction, identify the appropriate debt structure, determine what lenders are likely to require, and show you what needs to happen before the opportunity can move forward.
The objective is to turn an initial funding request into a clearer, more credible financing case with defined repayment logic, supporting documentation, an appropriate structure, and a realistic path to execution.
Find Out How Your Transaction Should Be Financed
Submit the transaction, funding requirement, repayment source, collateral position, supporting documents, and target timing. We will assess the file and advise you on the financing structure and next step.

A Clear Financing Structure
We assess how the transaction should be financed based on the use of proceeds, repayment source, collateral, contracts, assets, and transaction stage.
A View On Lender Fit
We identify the categories of banks, private credit funds, specialty finance firms, asset-based lenders, trade finance providers, or other capital sources that may fit the transaction.
Identification Of Weak Points
We identify missing documents, structural issues, collateral weaknesses, repayment concerns, unrealistic assumptions, and other factors that may prevent lender approval.
A Defined Next Step
You receive a clearer view of whether the transaction is ready to approach lenders, requires further preparation, or should be structured differently before distribution.
What We Review
Financely reviews debt and credit requests across a range of transaction types where the structure, documentation, lender fit, and execution strategy materially affect the probability of closing.

- Commercial real estate finance

A financing request is easier to assess when the underlying commercial transaction is documented. Include as much of the following information as is available.

- Company name and jurisdiction
- Transaction type and use of proceeds
- Existing contracts, invoices, purchase orders, offtake agreements, or term sheets
- Collateral, receivables, inventory, property, equipment, or project assets
- Repayment source
- Expected closing timeline
- Current stage of the transaction
- Existing debt or encumbrances
- Any previous lender feedback or declined term sheets
What Happens After Submission
We Review The Transaction
We review the funding request, transaction profile, supporting documentation, repayment source, collateral, and commercial assumptions.
We Determine The Likely Structure
We assess the most appropriate financing route based on the nature of the transaction rather than forcing the file into a predetermined product.
We Assess Financeability
We evaluate repayment logic, leverage, collateral, documentation, counterparty quality, transaction maturity, and other factors relevant to lender underwriting.
We Identify The Gaps
If the transaction is not yet lender-ready, we identify the information, documents, structure, or commercial issues that need to be addressed.
We Recommend The Next Stage
Where the transaction is viable, we may propose a broader engagement covering underwriting preparation, transaction structuring, lender positioning, and capital-provider outreach.
The Initial Review Fee
A USD 500 RFQ fee applies to the initial transaction review. The fee covers the work required to examine the request, review the core documentation provided, assess the proposed structure, identify material issues, and determine whether the opportunity is suitable for the next stage.
Where appropriate, our team may also conduct internal discussions or limited external market consultation to help assess financing fit.
The review fee does not purchase financing and does not guarantee a lender offer or term sheet.
Transaction Standards
Financely works with commercially grounded transactions. Strong financing cases generally have an identifiable repayment source, credible commercial economics, verifiable documentation, experienced counterparties, appropriate sponsor commitment, and assets or contracted cash flow that support the credit case.
We may decline transactions that cannot demonstrate a credible repayment path, rely on unverifiable documentation, require guaranteed funding, or depend on structures that are not commercially executable.
Funding Remains Subject To Underwriting
Financing remains subject to the independent underwriting and approval processes of the relevant capital provider. This may include KYC, AML, sanctions screening, credit committee approval, legal documentation, collateral review, valuation, due diligence, and satisfaction of conditions precedent.
Important Notice
Submitting a request does not guarantee financing, a lender offer, instrument issuance, monetization, or credit approval.
Financely is a capital advisory and transaction structuring firm. We do not issue bank instruments, provide legal advice, or guarantee decisions made by third-party banks, lenders, funds, investors, insurers, guarantors, or other capital providers.
